Zazen (Zen meditation) is about realizing the truth through intimacy with what is present in each moment.
Zazen is offered Monday-Thursday mornings, with sitting periods at 6:00am (arrive and be in your seat by 5:55) and 6:45am. Come for one or both periods.
We end with a brief liturgy/chanting service.
Note: The center will be closed from Monday, Aug. 27 through Monday, Sept. 3 for the Labor Day holiday.
Wednesday evening zazen from 7:00pm-8:30pm resumes September 12.

This four-session class is appropriate for newcomers to the Zen way and for those who have an established practice.
Relying on both our experience and study, we will explore this essential question - what is right mindfulness? Class sessions will usually include zazen, dokusan, and a study session.
Registration deadline: 5:00pm, Wednesday, Sept. 5
