Zazen (Zen meditation) is about realizing the truth through intimacy with what is present in each moment.
Zazen is offered Monday-Thursday mornings, with sitting periods at 6:00 and 6:45am. Come for one or both periods. We end with a brief liturgy/chanting service. Note: due to the holiday, there is no zazen Monday morning, May 28.
Wednesday evening sitting will resume in September, after Labor Day.

Introduction to Zen Meditation Workshop
Saturday, June 9, 2018, 9:00am-12:00pm
In this workshop we will focus on establishing a meditation posture, working with the breath and calming the heart. We will practice sitting and walking meditation together, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.
*This session is appropriate both for those with previous meditation experience, and those who are new to meditation.*
