Zazen (Zen meditation) is about realizing the truth through intimacy with what is present in each moment.
Zazen is offered:
~ Monday-Thursday mornings 5:55am-7:30am
~ Wednesday evenings
Arrive at 6:40pm if you would like brief zazen instructions.
The center is closed Fridays & Saturdays.

Have you attended one of our popular introductory workshops? If not, come on by!
These workshops are open to everyone, from beginners to those with experience in other forms of meditation.
We focus on establishing a meditation posture in the Zen-style, working mindfully with the breath, and calming the heart. We will practice seated* and walking meditation together, with time for questions and discussion.
*A variety of cushions and chairs are available, and we will work with you to find a suitable meditation pose.

7:25 to 10:15am: Morning Practice
This practice session includes zazen, liturgy and work practice, and is open to those with previous Zen meditation experience.
Note: the door is locked at 7:25; if you arrive late, you are welcome to return at 10:15 for the Dharma Study session.
10:30 to 11:30am: Dharma Study
Open to everyone on a drop-in basis; no previous experience with meditation or Buddhist studies required.
