Zazen (Zen meditation) is about realizing the truth through intimacy with what is present in each moment.
Zazen is offered Monday-Thursday mornings, with sitting periods at 6:00 and 6:45am. Come for one or both periods. We end with a brief liturgy/chanting service.
Wednesday evening sitting will resume in September, after Labor Day.
