Zazen (Zen meditation) is about realizing the truth through intimacy with what is present in each moment.
Zazen is offered Monday-Thursday mornings, with sitting periods at 6:00 and 6:45am, and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 and 7:45pm.

Introduction to Zen Meditation Workshop
Next session: Saturday, June 9, 2018, 9:00am-12:00pm
In this workshop we will focus on establishing a meditation posture, working with the breath and calming the heart. We will practice sitting and walking meditation together, with plenty of time for questions and discussion.
*This session is appropriate both for those with previous meditation experience, and those who are new to meditation.*

Next Sunday Program
is April 29:
9:00 to 10:15am: zazen and a brief liturgy/chanting service.
10:30 to 11:30am, includes a short period of meditation with basic instruction, and a dharma talk, this week by Dosho, "Waking Up As A Householder." This program is designed for adults. No previous meditation experience is necessary. We end the morning with tea, coffee and conversation in the community room. Click here for more information.
