Zazen is the practice of intimacy, realizing the truth of this moment.
We offer zazen (zen meditation), shikantaza (also translated as "earnest, vivid sitting") in the Soto Zen lineage tradition of Zen master Katagiri Roshi, and koan introspection in the Harada-Yasutani tradition.
Zazen is offered Monday-Thursday mornings, with sitting periods at 6:00 and 6:45am, and Wednesday evenings at 7:00 and 7:45pm.
