In this 6-week class, we will explore the process of awakening - how it occurs and unfolds, as well as the barriers in ongoing awakening, using the classical Zen text, The Undying Lamp, as our guide.
Open to everyone. No previous experience with meditation or Buddhist study is required. However, during the course, practicing daily zazen, either at home or at the center, is essential.
