~ Visiting NZC and Contact Info ~

Address: 3625 Lafayette Ave, Omaha, NE 68131

Email: nebraskazencenter@gmail.com (we respond to email during regular business hours, Monday-Thursday).

Visiting NZC:

If you have general questions about NZC that you'd like to ask before you visit, please contact us at nebraskazencenter@gmail.com; we respond to email during normal business hours Monday through Thursday.

If you have a meditation practice, you are welcome to attend morning or evening zazen. Click here for more. If you are new to Zen meditation, or are new to the Zen Center, joining us for Open Zen is a good place to begin.

If you don't have a meditation practice, plan to attend an Introduction to Zen Meditation workshop. Click here.

When you arrive at the center, park on the street. Enter the building through the back door (follow the sidewalk around the right side of the garage and up the stairs).

When you enter, leave your shoes and outerwear in the back hall. Cell phones should be left in your car, or silenced and left in the back entryway with your other belongings (do not bring them into the meditation hall).

If you are interested in staying in touch with our activities, please sign up for our weekly updates. Click here.

We look forward to meeting you!
