Sunday morning practice takes place from 8:25am-11:30am with zazen, liturgy/chanting, and caretaking practice, followed by social time. Participants are welcome to drop in for a sitting period or stay for the full morning of practice. If you arrive during a sitting period, sit quietly in the entryway or the community room until the next zazen period; the timekeeper will assist you in finding a seat once kinhin has ended.

Some Sundays will include dharma talks, dharma readings, and/or dokusan (an individual meeting with one of the teachers). Watch for details about the schedule for any particular Sunday in our regular email updates and on the front page of the website.
