~ No instruction is offered during morning practice sessions. Participants should have previous experience with Zen meditation (seated & walking) and be able to maintain stillness for the length of the sitting period.
~ Weekday and Sunday meditation sessions are offered on a donation basis; participants are encouraged to make an offering that works for their budget.

Everyone is welcome! Join us for one 25-minute period of meditation, followed by a group care-taking period to prepare the Zen center for the summer retreat.
