Morning Zazen Monday through Thursday mornings, two thirty-five minute sittings, 6:00 and 6:45am, followed by a brief chanting service (concludes by 7:30am). However, no zazen Monday morning, May 28. Evening Zazen Wednesday evenings, two thirty-five minute sittings, 7:00 and 7:35pm - to resume in the Fall.
Note: No instruction is offered during these practice sessions. Participants should have familiarity with meditation (seated & walking) and be able to maintain stillness for the length of the sitting period.
